The app cal­cu­la­tes both the Pear­son cor­re­la­ti­on coef­fi­ci­ent ® and the coef­fi­ci­ent of deter­mi­na­ti­on (R²) to show how well the sam­ple matches your refe­rence spectrum.

Bring real-time mate­ri­al data into your own sys­tems with the tri­na­miX API. Whe­ther you’­re buil­ding a pro­duc­tion dash­board, inte­gra­ting into a lab infor­ma­ti­on manage­ment sys­tem (LIMS), or fee­ding results into a manu­fac­tu­ring ERP, the API makes it easy to connect.
