This data packa­ge con­ta­ins sam­ple data crea­ted with the Liquid Scan­ner - a NIR scan­ner for liquids. The device works in the ran­ge from 900 nm to 1,700 nm. Among other things, the soft­ware crea­tes data in the open JDX for­mat. The­se data can be ope­ned with any text editor.

The data each con­tain 3 mea­su­re­ments of dif­fe­rent sce­na­ri­os with 1 and 5 repe­ti­ti­ons per mea­su­re­ment. The data thus con­ta­ins the aver­a­ged results of one and 5 repe­ti­ti­ons respec­tively. Seve­ral runs per mea­su­re­ment increase the mea­su­re­ment time, but can redu­ce the noi­se and thus impro­ve the results. This can be very rele­vant, espe­ci­al­ly for liquids with high absorption.
